Body Signals Framework

The body is always communicating

Sensations and symptoms are not random disruptions but signals. When women learn how to recognise and interpret these signals, they make more confident and informed decisions about how to support their health.

Signal

A sensation or symptom the body is presenting.

For example

Fatigue. Mood shifts. Sleep changes. Digestive shifts. Energy fluctuations.

Interpretation

Understanding what the signal may indicate in the wider context of cycle phase, lifestyle, stress and nutrition.

For example

Where are you in your cycle? What's the stress load? What did you eat? How did you sleep?

Response

Making an informed decision about how to support the body.

For example

Adjust nutrition. Support rest. Change training load. Use the blends. Modify daily rhythm.

Most women have been taught to ignore or suppress signals from the body. Full Cycle helps women recognise that these signals are information, not problems to immediately silence. When signals are understood in context, women develop greater trust in their bodies and greater confidence in the decisions they make about their health.
