What we will cover

  • Designed for women at any stage of their reproductive journey, this experience will help you understand the natural rhythm of your menstrual cycle — from hormones and symptoms to nutrition, lifestyle habits, and cycle syncing — in a practical and empowering way.
  • You’ll explore how to work with your body rather than against it, using both science and nature to support energy, mood, metabolism, and overall well-being.
  • The workshop also introduces Full Cycle Blends — whole-food, hormone-supportive nutrition designed to complement your cycle — and how to easily integrate this into your daily routine.
  • We close with two yoga practices aligned to your cycle & fluctuating energy levels:
  • • Dynamic, energising flow (follicular & ovulatory phases)
  • • Restorative, grounding practice (luteal & menstrual phases)
