Full Cycle Power-On Porridge
Warm, grounding oats for luteal mornings. Add a Full Cycle Blends sachet and finish with mixed berries.
Ingredients
- 30g jumbo rolled oats
- 1 handful mixed berries
- 250ml plant or cow's milk
- Honey or maple syrup to taste
- 1 sachet Full Cycle Blends
Method
- Add the oats and milk to a small pan over medium heat.
- Stir until thickening, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add the Full Cycle Blends sachet and keep stirring to your preferred consistency.
- Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste.
- Top with the mixed berries. You can also add half a banana, a teaspoon of nut butter, or a palm full of nuts, goji berries or dried mulberries.
