Full Cycle Power-On Porridge

Warm, grounding oats for luteal mornings. Add a Full Cycle Blends sachet and finish with mixed berries.

Ingredients

  • 30g jumbo rolled oats
  • 1 handful mixed berries
  • 250ml plant or cow's milk
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 sachet Full Cycle Blends

Method

  1. Add the oats and milk to a small pan over medium heat.
  2. Stir until thickening, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Add the Full Cycle Blends sachet and keep stirring to your preferred consistency.
  4. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup to taste.
  5. Top with the mixed berries. You can also add half a banana, a teaspoon of nut butter, or a palm full of nuts, goji berries or dried mulberries.
