Overnight Ooph Oats

Make-ahead oats for luteal mornings. Blended kefir, protein and banana, poured over oats and chilled.

Ingredients

  • 30g jumbo rolled oats
  • 1 serving protein powder
  • 1 small banana
  • 2 tbsp kefir
  • 200ml plant or cow's milk
  • 1 sachet Full Cycle Blends

Method

  1. Blend the protein powder, banana, kefir, milk and sachet together until smooth.
  2. Pour the mix over the oats in a jar or bowl.
  3. For a bit of crunch, add the sachet to the oats instead of blending it in.
  4. Cover and chill overnight.
  5. In the morning, top with half a banana, a teaspoon of nut butter, or a palm full of nuts, goji berries or dried mulberries.

A make-ahead breakfast that does the work for you. Blend the wet ingredients, pour over oats, chill overnight, eat the next day.
