Overnight Ooph Oats
Make-ahead oats for luteal mornings. Blended kefir, protein and banana, poured over oats and chilled.
Ingredients
- 30g jumbo rolled oats
- 1 serving protein powder
- 1 small banana
- 2 tbsp kefir
- 200ml plant or cow's milk
- 1 sachet Full Cycle Blends
Method
- Blend the protein powder, banana, kefir, milk and sachet together until smooth.
- Pour the mix over the oats in a jar or bowl.
- For a bit of crunch, add the sachet to the oats instead of blending it in.
- Cover and chill overnight.
- In the morning, top with half a banana, a teaspoon of nut butter, or a palm full of nuts, goji berries or dried mulberries.
A make-ahead breakfast that does the work for you. Blend the wet ingredients, pour over oats, chill overnight, eat the next day.
