Reset & Detox Green Soup
Green, leafy and grounding. Broccoli, kale, spinach and peas, finished with kefir and a Full Cycle Blends sachet.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil or ghee
- 1 leek, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 thumb fresh ginger, grated
- 1 head broccoli, including the stalk
- 1 courgette
- 1 large handful kale
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 handful frozen peas
- 750ml vegetable stock
- Sea salt and black pepper
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 sachet Full Cycle Blends, to finish
- Kefir, to finish
- Turmeric, optional
Method
- Fry the garlic, ginger and leeks in the olive oil or ghee with a pinch of salt.
- Add the broccoli first and soften it before adding the rest of the veg.
- Cover the veg with stock and simmer until tender.
- Blend until smooth. If using a soup machine, cook in batches.
- Stir in the Full Cycle Blends sachet and a swirl of kefir.
- Finish with the lemon juice and season to taste.
